Unauthorized poll changes via missing CSRF validation

Published Jun 15, 2026 · Updated Jun 15, 2026

Cross-site request forgery in CodePeople CP Polls 1.0.8 allows remote attackers to alter poll settings through an administrator's session. The options-general.php CP_Polls settings handler accepts CP_Polls_post_options requests without a CSRF token and writes submitted poll configuration.
