Administrative changes via tokenless admin requests
Published Apr 4, 2026 · Updated Apr 6, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in NodCMS 1.0 allows remote attackers to create users or alter settings through an administrator's browser. The admin/user_manipulate and admin/settings/generall handlers accept state-changing POST parameters without an anti-CSRF token or origin validation. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to submit an attacker-controlled form; demonstrated consequences include user creation and stored script injection through the company setting.
