Unauthenticated command execution via login.cgi cli injection

OS command injection in D-Link DSL-2750B Dx firmware before 1.05 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via login.cgi. The login.cgi handler passes the unauthenticated cli parameter into a shell command without neutralizing command separators. No credentials are required; successful requests grant control of the router, and Satori botnet payloads exploited the flaw in the wild.
