Stored XSS via unescaped purchase username

Stored XSS in MainWP Dashboard 3.1.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts through a purchase-username field. The setup purchase-extension handler stores mwp_setup_purchase_username without sufficient sanitization and later renders it without output escaping. No authentication is required to submit the value, but a user must open the affected setup page for the stored script to execute in that user's browser.
