Credential theft via unconstrained post-login redirect

Open redirect in Arno0x TwoFactorAuth login/login.php allows remote attackers to send authenticated users to attacker-controlled sites. The handler incorporates an attacker-supplied from value into the post-login destination without reducing cross-site URLs to local paths. A victim must follow the crafted link and complete a valid password-and-OTP login, after which a false failure page can capture the credentials and current token.
