Application crash via overflowing matrix allocation

Integer overflow in JasPer before 1.900.4 allows context-dependent attackers to crash consuming applications via crafted JPEG 2000 images. jas_matrix_create multiplies the attacker-controlled row count by the row-pointer size without rejecting overflow, so the allocation can be smaller than the matrix metadata requires. Exploitation requires an application using the library to process the malicious image; the demonstrated consequence is a crash, while stronger impact remains unspecified.
