SYSTEM code execution via RunInstaller path traversal

Directory traversal in Lenovo Solution Center before 3.3.002 allows local users to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges. The LSCTaskService HTTP daemon exposes LSCController.dll's RunInstaller method, and traversal in its executable path handling permits code outside the intended user-profile directory to run. Exploitation requires the service to have been started and attacker-controlled code to occupy a predictable local path, after which it runs with full SYSTEM authority.
