Local privilege escalation in Lenovo Solution Center before 3.3.002 allows local users to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges. LSCTaskService runs as SYSTEM and exposes LSCController.dll methods through a local HTTP daemon; RunInstaller executes code from a per-user writable directory. A standard local account can exploit the writable execution path after Solution Center has been launched and while the backend service is running.
