Memory corruption via unchecked decoder pixel index

Array-index validation failure in LibRaw before 0.17.1 allows context-dependent attackers to corrupt memory through crafted RAW image data. The smal_decode_segment decoder writes through raw_image[pix] without checking that pix is below raw_width multiplied by raw_height. An application must process attacker-controlled RAW data through this decoder; the public record reports memory errors and code execution but supplies no code-execution demonstration.
