Daemon crash via malformed management address

Reachable assertion in lldpd 0.6.0 through 0.7.18 allows remote attackers to crash the daemon via a malformed LLDP packet. The LLDP management-address decoder passes an invalid address length to lldpd_alloc_mgmt(), then asserts that a rejected allocation set errno to ENOMEM instead of treating the input as malformed. A device able to advertise LLDP frames can terminate the unprivileged, chrooted parser and interrupt neighbor discovery, but the flaw does not permit code execution.
