Physical data exposure via emergency-dialer MTP activation

Information exposure in Canonical Unity 8 before 8.11+16.04.20160111.1-0ubuntu1 allows physically proximate attackers to enable MTP. The lock-screen emergency dialer incorrectly enables the MTP service, exposing the device over USB without requiring an unlock credential. Physical access to an Ubuntu phone and a USB connection are required; the exposed MTP interface permits unauthorized access to device data.
