Application crash via unbounded LZW stack writes

Stack-based buffer overflow in NetSurf Libnsgif 0.1.2 allows context-dependent attackers to crash applications via a crafted GIF. In gif_next_LZW in libnsgif.c, malformed LZW codes keep stack_pointer advancing through a fixed-size decode stack without an effective bounds check. A consuming application must decode the supplied image; the demonstrated result is a crash, while the CVE record lists arbitrary code execution without a successful execution demonstration.
