Developer fee loss via unauthenticated address-list tampering

Missing message authentication in MultiBit HD before 0.1.2 allows remote attackers to replace developer fee addresses with unspendable ones. The wallet accepts its developer fee-address list without a MAC, so in-transit bit flips can alter an address without detection. Network access to the list-delivery path is sufficient; the attack destroys fees sent to an altered address but does not let attackers collect them.
