Arbitrary file execution via item path traversal

Directory traversal in Thomson Reuters for FATCA before 5.2 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary local files via the item parameter. The referenced request handler passes a traversal-bearing item value to a file-loading operation without confining the resolved path. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful traversal executes a server-local file in the application context.
