Local root escalation via user-supplied dump paths

Privilege escalation in the CRIU service daemon allows local users to gain root privileges through a user-supplied dump directory. The daemon creates log and dump files at arbitrary paths; it changes criu.log ownership to the requesting process and writes attacker-controlled dump content. Any unprivileged local user able to invoke the long-running service can overwrite or take ownership of root-controlled files.
