Service interruption via unanchored ObjectId validation

Resource exhaustion in MongoDB BSON for Ruby before 3.0.4 allows remote attackers to interrupt application workers with crafted strings. The ObjectId.legal? method uses Ruby line anchors, causing its regular expression to search successive lines in an oversized multiline value rather than validate only the complete string. Unauthenticated reachability requires an application to pass remote input to this validator; repeated oversized values consume worker resources and interrupt service.
