Arbitrary root file access via unvalidated D-Bus paths

Directory traversal in ABRT abrt-dbus allows local users to read, write, or take ownership of arbitrary files as root. The D-Bus handlers accept attacker-controlled problem-directory paths in NewProblem, GetInfo, SetElement, and DeleteElement without restricting them to valid dump directories. Any local user able to call the system D-Bus service can make its root-privileged file operations escape the crash-data tree, enabling file disclosure, modification, or ownership changes.
