Root privilege escalation via unchecked problem paths

Improper input validation in ABRT allows local users to gain root privileges or delete arbitrary files through abrt-dbus. ChownProblemDir, DeleteElement, and DeleteProblem accept a caller-supplied problem-directory path without ensuring it is a direct child of the configured dump location with trusted ownership and permissions. Local access to the system D-Bus service is required; the service can then change ownership or delete the referenced files with root authority.
