Authenticated command execution via signature file pipes

Code injection in Usermin 0.980 through 1.x before 1.660 allows remote authenticated users to execute shell commands via a signature path. The mailbox get_signature function passes the sig_file_free-derived path to Perl's two-argument open, so pipe delimiters turn the value into a shell command. Any regular Usermin account that can edit its mailbox signature can run commands with that Unix user's privileges, affecting confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
