Stored XSS via unescaped forged settings

Stored XSS in cbAds.com Affiliate Ads for cbAds.com before 1.35 allows remote attackers to execute script via a forged settings request. The settings handler accepts the cbwec array without a CSRF token, stores attacker-supplied title content, and outputs it without escaping. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to submit the forged form, after which the persistent payload executes when the affected setting is rendered.
