Cross-site request forgery in ATutor 2.2 allows remote attackers to create privileged accounts through an administrator's browser. The create.php and create_user.php handlers accept account-creation POST requests without verifying that they originated from an authorized ATutor page. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to submit an attacker-controlled form, creating a super-administrator or instructor account.
