Arbitrary file disclosure via unrestricted download path

Path traversal in Zishan Javaid GI-Media Library before 3.0 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files via fileid. The public download.php endpoint accepts a Base64-encoded path from fileid and serves it without restricting parent-directory sequences. No authentication or user interaction is required, and disclosure is limited to files readable under the web server privileges.
