Database alteration via unprepared donation INSERT

SQL injection in WP Donate 1.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter the WordPress database through crafted donation form fields. In includes/donate-display.php, request values are concatenated into an INSERT string and passed to $wpdb->query instead of being bound as parameters. The database write is reached only after the donation action invokes authorizepayment and it reports success, limiting exploitation to a completed payment flow.
