Reflected XSS via unescaped activation notice URL

Reflected XSS in Oomph, Inc. View All Post's Pages 0.9.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script via a crafted admin URL. The action_admin_notices_activation function emits an add_query_arg-generated activation-notice URL without esc_url output escaping. Exploitation requires an administrator to open the crafted URL while the notice is displayed, allowing script execution in the WordPress administrative origin.
