Cross-site request forgery via nonce-free data fetch

Cross-site request forgery in Meitar Inline Google Spreadsheet Viewer 0.9.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to make WordPress fetch a chosen URL. The displayShortcode path exposed vistable-proxy.php, which decoded the url parameter and fetched it without validating a request nonce. Exploitation requires a victim to follow a crafted request and results in an unintended server-side fetch, with no published confidentiality or availability impact.
