Authenticated file disclosure via unsanitized CSV filename

Path traversal in Adeel Ahmed IP Blacklist Cloud 3.42 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read server files through CSV import. The importCSVIPCloud branch in valid_js_identifier joins the request filename directly to the upload directory and passes the resulting path to fopen without traversal filtering. WordPress manage_options capability is required, and returned data is parsed as CSV and JSON-encoded, limiting disclosure to readable file content represented by that parser.
