Account access via predictable password-reset tokens

Weak password recovery in Gitter Badger ezpublish-modern-legacy before 1.0 allows remote attackers to predict password-reset tokens. The forgotpassword.php handler hashes a user ID, second-resolution time, and mt_rand() output, rather than cryptographically random input, to create each token. Exploitation requires predicting the generated value; a successful guess grants unauthorized access to the affected account.
