Account takeover via empty password-reset activation key

Improper access control in Little Apps Little Software Stats before 0.2 allows remote attackers to reset a known user account password. The change_password method accepts an empty activation key, while the reset form previously submitted an empty key when none appeared in the request. Knowledge of a valid username is sufficient to take over that account without the emailed reset token.
