SQL injection in Database.Execute in githuis P2Manage allows attackers to modify or delete SQLite data via a crafted SQL argument. The method passes its sql argument directly to SQLiteCommand and calls ExecuteNonQuery without parameterization or validation. Exploitation requires a caller that can influence the SQL string reaching the desktop application's database layer; the public record does not identify that input path or its required privileges.
