Cross-course grade modification via unscoped record ID

Improper authorization in the Grade Handler in jvvlee MerlinsBoard allows remote authenticated users to alter grades in other courses. The grade update path accepts a supplied grade identifier without verifying that the record belongs to a course administered by the requester. Course-administrator access and knowledge of another grade's ID are required, enabling unauthorized grade changes outside that administrator's classes.
