Log entry forgery via unsanitized domain logging

Log injection in Cisco OpenResolve allows remote authenticated users to forge log entries through a crafted domain path value. The resolver API get handler passes the user-controlled domain string directly to current_app.logger.info without removing line breaks or other log delimiters. Network-adjacent authenticated access is required; injected content can corrupt audit trails and disrupt downstream log processing.
