Authenticated network proxying via local-address comparison

Unintended intermediary behavior in FileZilla Server 0.9.0 through 0.9.50 allows remote authenticated users to proxy connections. The data-channel check compares server-side local addresses instead of remote peer addresses, so every PORT target passes the configured anti-bounce restriction. An FTP account or public account is required; the server can then reach third-party hosts as an intermediary, including otherwise inaccessible services.
