Sandbox escape via validator-permitted CLFLUSH Rowhammer

Privilege escalation in NaCl 2015 allows attackers to escape its x86-64 sandbox by inducing Rowhammer bit flips with CLFLUSH. The x86 validator accepts CLFLUSH in sandboxed code, which repeatedly flushes selected cache lines until DRAM faults alter validated indirect-jump instructions. Exploitation requires susceptible DRAM and attacker-controlled NaCl code; a successful flip enables host system calls and can be chained to kernel privileges.
