Unauthenticated code execution via unsanitized upload paths

Unrestricted file upload in Visual Mining NetCharts Server allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through crafted uploads. The upload handler does not sanitize uploaded-file paths, permitting executable files to be placed in directories exposed by the service. No authentication is required, and successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied code with SYSTEM privileges.
