Eval injection in TWiki before 6.0.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary Perl code through a crafted debugenableplugins parameter. The plugin loader in lib/TWiki/Plugins.pm places each unsanitized parameter value into the Perl eval statement used to load modules, allowing injected statements to escape the module name. An unauthenticated HTTP request to the view script is sufficient, and injected code can read or modify files accessible to the web-server account.
