Code execution via LZO literal-run integer overflow

Integer overflow in Libav LZO decoding before 0.8.13, 9.x before 9.14, and 10.x before 10.2 allows remote attackers to execute code. The get_len function adds 255 for each zero byte in a crafted literal run until its signed count wraps negative, bypassing maximum-only checks and moving the output pointer before its buffer. Processing attacker-supplied LZO-compressed content is required; the resulting memory corruption can redirect execution in the consuming application.
