Authentication bypass via unencoded validation parameters

Injection in Jasig Java CAS Client before 3.3.2, .NET CAS Client before 1.0.2, and phpCAS before 1.3.3 allows remote attackers to bypass validation. The clients append attacker-controlled ticket, service, or pgtUrl values to a CAS validation URL without consistently encoding every value, allowing encoded delimiters to introduce new query parameters. An unauthenticated remote request containing a crafted service ticket can alter the back-channel request and defeat its intended service-binding constraint.
