CVE-2014-3650Network attack vector

Application compromise via unescaped stored device tokens

Published Jul 1, 2022 · Updated Aug 6, 2024

Stored XSS in Red Hat AeroGear UnifiedPush Server 1.0.0.Final allows remote attackers to execute script through crafted device tokens. The installations page renders stored deviceToken values without XSS neutralization, and affected account-management views similarly expose email and name fields. Loading the privileged installations page executes the payload without expanding an entry, while abuse of account fields requires authentication.
