Unauthenticated command injection via STARTTLS buffering

Plaintext command injection in Trustwave MailMarshal before 7.2 allows remote attackers to insert SMTP commands across a STARTTLS transition. The STARTTLS input transition retains cleartext bytes queued after the upgrade command and processes them after TLS begins, treating unencrypted attacker input as part of the protected session. No account or user interaction is required, and injected commands can alter the SMTP session under an incorrect appearance of transport protection.
