Unauthenticated SQL injection via MARC framework import

SQL injection in Koha 3.8–3.14 branch releases before 3.8.23, 3.10.13, 3.12.10, and 3.14.3 allows remote attackers to execute SQL. The SQL import path accepts DELETE or INSERT statements targeting MARC schema tables and executes them; INSERT ... SELECT can copy arbitrary database rows into those tables. Direct access requires no authentication, permitting database disclosure or modification within the Koha database account's privileges.
