Stored cross-site scripting in the Pearson eSIS message board allows remote authenticated users to execute script through crafted posts. The message board stores user input without proper validation or neutralization and later embeds it in pages delivered to other users. The submitting account requires high privileges, and impact occurs when another user views the crafted message; published records do not identify affected versions.
