Cross-site scripting via malformed JavaScript links

Cross-site scripting in ApostropheCMS sanitize-html before 1.0.3 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript through crafted links. The naughtyHref function checks an href scheme before fully normalizing entity encodings, letter case, and browser-ignored whitespace, so a javascript URL survives sanitization. A victim must click a rendered malicious link; the resulting script runs in that page's security context and can read or alter accessible content.
