Unrestricted file upload in Simple E-Document 3.0 through 3.1 allows remote attackers to execute code through upload.php. The endpoint trusts an access=3 cookie as authorization and accepts a user-supplied .php file without restricting its dangerous type. File uploads must be enabled, which is not the default; a successful upload executes a web shell with the privileges of the web server user.
