Unauthenticated code execution via unsigned Storable cookies

Unsafe deserialization in Plack::Middleware::Session::Cookie 0.21 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary server code. When no secret is configured, the middleware accepts attacker-controlled cookie bytes without integrity validation and passes them to Storable, whose deserialization can invoke DESTROY methods on arbitrary Perl classes. The vulnerable path requires an application to enable this middleware without a signing secret and to use the default Storable serializer, permitting unauthenticated code execution in the server process.
