Remote service access via hard-coded test passwords

Hard-coded credentials in Tao Effect Empress allow remote attackers to access services deployed with the testing configuration. The test.yml playbook loads vars/testing.yml, whose fixed default passwords are applied to provisioned service accounts rather than generated per deployment. Exposure requires deploying the test playbook without replacing those credentials; successful use grants the access assigned to the affected accounts.
