Decoder crash via unchecked AAC pulse positions

Out-of-bounds read in FFmpeg 2.0 allows attackers to crash media-processing applications via a crafted AAC stream. The decode_pulses function checks decoded pulse positions against 1023 instead of the active scalefactor-band limit, permitting an array read beyond valid coefficients. A media-processing application must decode attacker-controlled AAC data; the resulting invalid read can terminate that process.
