Arbitrary command execution via unsanitized arguments

OS command injection in AwesomeSpawn before 1.2.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via crafted command arguments. The build_command_line routine concatenates caller-supplied parameters into a command string passed to Open3.capture3, allowing shell metacharacters to add commands. Exploitation requires an application to pass attacker-controlled arguments, and commands run with that application's privileges.
