Remote process hang via unchecked ASN.1 tag scan

Infinite-loop denial of service in Convert::ASN1 through 0.27 allows remote attackers to hang a consuming process with malformed ASN.1 data. The _scan_indef routine reads high-tag-number continuation bytes past the input boundary because its tag-scanning loop lacks an end-position check. Any remotely reachable application that passes attacker-controlled BER or DER data to the decoder can consume CPU indefinitely, interrupting that application without affecting confidentiality or integrity.
