Authenticated arbitrary file read via path traversal

Path traversal in Supermicro IPMI firmware before SMT_X9_315 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary files via url_name. The url_redirect.cgi handler joins the unsanitized parameter to a base path and opens the resulting traversal-controlled filename. Any valid non-administrator account can read files with root privileges, including /nv/PSBlock containing cleartext account credentials.
