Protected-note disclosure via backup-accessible PIN storage

Authentication bypass in Evernote for Android before 5.5.1 allows physically proximate attackers to access protected notes via ADB backup. The app permits Android Debug Bridge backups of its container and stores the PIN in com.evernote_preferences.xml with reversible XOR obfuscation. Physical device access, Android 4.x or later, and enabled USB debugging are required; no root access is needed to recover or remove the PIN.
